General admin hours (for email replies) are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (PDT & EDT). Appointments generally start from 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays between 10am and 8pm. I am very flexible in helping people juggle work and family commitments. Let me know how I can make it work best for you.
