How do I make an appointment?

To make an appointment, please complete the online booking form. A link to the online booking form can be found in the menu above.

How long will my appointment take?

First-time appointments (intake appointments) are generally 50-60 minutes in duration. All other appointments are 50 minutes in duration.

What happens at my first appointment?

During your initial intake appointment, Neil will listen to you, understand you, and assess your situation. By the end of the intake appointment, Neil will have identified everything needed to get you where you would like to be. Neil will then discuss the best strategy for you going forward to ensure you achieve your desired goals.

How much does an appointment cost?

Each appointment with Neil costs $240 USD.

How can I make payment?

For initial intake appointments, payment is made online via the online booking form. All payments are securely processed using Stripe. Any card information you provide cannot be seen once payment is processed. Neil will discuss payment options with you if you decide to proceed with ongoing appointments.

How many appointments will I need?

Upon completing your initial intake appointment, Neil will advise you on the next steps to ensure you achieve your desired goals. Typically, people attend between 3 to 10 sessions. Many factors influence this. The goal is to ensure you are equipped and competent so you are consistently in control of your ability to be psychologically calm and emotionally stable.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

No problem! You will find reschedule and cancel links in your confirmation email. If less than 24 business hours' notice is given or a client does not attend a previously booked appointment without notification, the full fee will still be due for payment.

Am I guaranteed to get what I'm looking for?

Neil is not a magician who can cast a spell over you to give you what you desire. He has no direct control over you and can't make you do anything. If you are a willing participant, open, ready to learn, apply the skills you have learned, and use the tools you have been given, a good outcome is highly likely. Most people have a genuine willingness to do what needs to be done to escape their unwanted psychological and emotional experiences and therefore achieve excellent outcomes.

Am I covered by my health insurance?

Neil is an Out-of-Network provider. Insurance coverage for therapy can vary based on your specific plan. Please call your insurance customer service number to ask about your mental health benefits, including coverage for therapy and out-of-network providers.
